- Support your fellow practitioners, your group, your teachers and the organization.
- Gain wings but keep your roots: Wings to fly away and learn from others, Roots to remember where you started.
- Always strive to support other martial artists and arts- what goes around comes around.
- You don't have to like all Martial artists and trainees, but you have to respect them all.
- Do not gossip or slander about other martial artists.
- Remember, actions speak louder than words- Always!!!
